In December 2004 the Egyptian Insurance Supervisory Authority approved Lemma as a reinsurer for the Egyptian insurance companies.
| July 2004 In July 2004 the company won the tender to provide insurance cover for the Ukrainian Space Agency. The company insured the launch of the Ukrainian space rocket Cyclone-3 with the satellite SICH-3. The total sum insured exceeded 7,800,000 USD. The risk was placed with Ukrainian (15%) and Russian (85%) companies. On the reciprocity basis LEMMA accepts space risks from Russian companies. |

In March 2004
LEMMA has become the member of the Ukrainian Nuclear Pool. The pool insures the risks of the Ukrainian nuclear operators’ liability in accordance with the Vienna Convention.
